About Us
Keystone Real Estate Group, Inc. was founded in 2002. We are located in North Attleboro,
Massachusetts with a satellite office in Wakefield, Rhode Island. We have over 26
years of experience in the real estate industry. The Keystone Real Estate Group
specializes in commercial and residential brokerage services.
We pride ourselves on providing the highest level of customer service and industry
knowledge to our clients. The Keystone Real Estate Group surpasses other real estate
firms by our extensive experience in a variety of real estate services including
construction management and inspections, OREO (other real estate owned) management/dispositions,
marketing and broker evaluations. We are 100% committed to servicing the needs of
our clients, and as a result of our superior service have earned numerous recommendations
from clients.
Dan is the President and Principal Broker of the company. He started his real estate
career selling residential homes in Newport, Rhode Island and Aquidneck Island in
1983. Dan joined Old Stone Bank in 1984 and over the next 20+ years, his banking
career exposed him to several different aspects of real estate. He has sold residential
and commercial real estate, OREO properties, conducted foreclosures, commercial
real estate workouts, and commercial real estate lending. Dan has been involved
in real estate projects from New England to California and Florida to Texas. He
left the banking industry in 2002 to pursue his dream of owning his own real estate
brokerage firm.
Dan is a licensed real estate broker in Rhode Island and Massachusetts and a member
of the Rhode Island Commercial and Appraisal Board of Realtors, as well as the National
Association of Realtors.
Jean, like Dan, also started her career in the banking industry and is well versed
in the needs of both business owners and private clients alike. She has served customers
in RI, MA and across the East Coast. Jean’s experience has served her well and she
understands the nuances of the RI and MA markets. She has been a consistent top
performer as a result of her knack for uncovering the needs of each client.
Within the past few years,Jean worked as Sales Director for the Greater Providence
Chamber of Commerce. This position enabled Jean to develop numerous contacts across
industry types. As a result of these connections, the Senior Solutions New England
network was formed. Jean’s extensive sales and marketing background, combined with
her compassion for those in need, make her a perfect advocate for her clients.
Jean is a sales associate in Rhode Island and is a member of the Rhode Island Commercial
and Appraisal Board of Realtors; Rhode Island Association of Realtors, and the National
Association of Realtors.
